The Brief

Since 2022, we’ve partnered with Art Fund to deliver the prestigious Museum of the Year Award, celebrating the very best museums across the UK and the inspiring work they do for their communities.

For the 2026 awards, we worked closely with the Art Fund team to plan and deliver an evening that celebrated the shortlisted museums, announced the winner and created a memorable experience for museums, donors and press.

The Experience

From planning through to event delivery, we managed the many moving parts that bring the Museum of the Year Award to life, ensuring a seamless experience for guests throughout the evening.

Held on 25 June 2026, the event celebrated the achievements of the shortlisted museums before revealing the winner of Art Fund's Museum of the Year award.

The Brief

Our work with University of the Arts London (UAL) began in 2022, supporting the team with the delivery of their Graduation ceremonies at Royal Festival Hall.

The programme has grown to span two event periods each year, taking place in March and July and bringing together around 20,000 students and guests. Working across UAL’s Events, Awards and wider teams, we coordinate the planning and logistics behind the ceremonies, from production schedules and internal planning through to managing a large network of suppliers.

The Experience

With three ceremonies taking place each day across four days, the programme requires detailed coordination to ensure every element runs smoothly for students and their guests.

Our work includes planning for accessibility requirements, security and risk management, alongside close coordination with Royal Festival Hall to manage the practicalities of the events and ensure students have a positive and memorable Graduation experience.

Venue & Partners

Royal Festival Hall provides an iconic setting for UAL’s Graduation ceremonies, with the scale and complexity of the venue requiring careful planning across the venue’s event, security and visitor experience teams.

We work with Caper & Berry to deliver receptions for students and their guests, as well as VIP catering throughout the Graduation programme.

The Brief

We stepped in to support Ubuntu Pathways just four weeks before their May 2026 Gala, helping bring the event together within a tight time frame.

Having previously worked with the team in 2016, we loved reconnecting a decade later. Working across the UK, US and South African teams, we helped align plans, manage delivery and bring the vision to life.

The Experience

We worked closely with the Ubuntu Pathways team to deliver a unique evening of fundraising and celebration, coordinating the guest experience, production and event details from planning through to delivery.

The Gala raised over £700,000 through ticket sales, a live auction and pledge moment, supporting Ubuntu Pathways’ programmes for children and young people in South Africa.

Venue & Partners

Battersea Arts Centre provided the perfect setting for the evening, offering a distinctive backdrop for this informal and relaxed Gala.

We worked with a brilliant group of partners, including LiT Events, who created a bespoke stage set built live in front of guests as part of the opening, and Social Pantry, who delivered a South African-inspired menu and cocktails.

The Brief

We partnered with CW+ to deliver a flagship fundraising event in support of the charity's Thirty at Thirty campaign, an ambitious initiative to raise £30 million for Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust as it celebrates 30 years of outstanding care.

Working closely with the CW+ team, we helped create an evening that brought together prospects and philanthropists to champion the future of healthcare and inspire investment in the campaign's vision.

The Experience

From planning through to on-the-day delivery, we coordinated the guest experience, event logistics and production to ensure an engaging and intimate evening joined by CW+’s closest donors.

The event provided an opportunity to celebrate the impact of CW+ while sharing the ambitions of the Thirty at Thirty campaign, which funds world-class facilities, innovation, research, and enhanced wellbeing for patients and staff.
